Every professional needs a headshot. Could be for your linked-in account or for business cards but at some point you will be required to put your image out there. At Genovations Media (Nashville, Tennessee) our team of photographers have the expertise required to help you make the right first impression. With 3 different ways to take advantage of our services, we guarantee you can find an option that fits you and your budget perfectly.

Studio Session 1-on-1
We offer 1 on 1 portrait and headshot sessions in our studio space most days of the week. A typical session includes two looks*, and you will receive 3-5 edited headshots within 36 hours. Headshots start at $100 per 30-minute session, but if you have more members on your team that need them you can add them for only $50/person.
Monthly ProShot Event
Our monthly headshot events are hosted in our studio where you can sign up for a 10-minute time slot for only $35/person. These events fill up quickly, but it is a great way to get a professional headshot done at an affordable price. You will get one look and 3-5 quality photos to choose from.
Events happen every other month!
On-Location Session
We bring the setup to you! For only $250, we bring a backdrop and lights to your space to capture your headshot. This price includes headshots for 2 people and any additional sittings are still just $50/person. This is perfect for a corporate event or party where you will have your entire staff together. Custom backdrops and colors are available upon request.
Headshot Gallery
What is a "Look"
A Look is a change of Clothing, Hair & Makeup and/or background. Removing a tie, jacket or glasses does not constitute a look. Look changes are not allowed on ProShot events unless you book an additional time slot for yourself.
Proofing and Retouching
Proofing Takes place via an online gallery in Pixieset. You will select your favorite image and we will do final retouches and edits to that image only. You can have additional images retouched for only $15/image
ProShot Payment
The full $35 is due at the time of booking your time slot, this deposit is transferrable to another ProShot Event or can be applied to a 1on1 session if canceled a minimum of 72 hours before the date of your shoot.
Payment/Rescheduling
A Deposit is due at the time you book your session. Because we understand the nature of the business, we do our best to be flexible. A minimum of 72 hours (3 days) notice before the date of your shoot is required to reschedule and keep your deposit in place. Your deposit is good for up to 1 year.
Backdrops
Black, White, and Gray can be requested. If you want a specialty color or a step and repeat background we need a minimum of 3 weeks notice for design, printing, and delivery of these assets. Additional fees will apply.
