Cancellation & Return Policy

1. Digital Products & Goods

The purchase of digital products, including PDF downloads and online material is subject to the following terms and conditions. Consumers are advised to review carefully before making any purchase.​

  • All transactions for purchase of intangible products, pdf downloads, resource material, and online content are made through payment gateways such as PayPal or Wix Payments that use SSL encryption. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during this process.

  • Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening, and all purchases made on are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy once an order has been submitted and work begun.

  • Genovations Media reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product or service offerings without prior notice.

  • If you do not receive the digital product link upon purchasing or there is an issue with your digital download, you can immediately contact with your transaction/payment details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.

2. Media Services & Cancellation

Genovations Media highly prioritizes the satisfaction of our customers and their media service. The purchase of media services such as graphic design, video production, photography, or web design services is subject to the following terms and conditions. Consumers are advised to review carefully before approving a quote.

  • Submission of a quote approval and deposit for a media services is considered an agreement of this cancellation policy.

  • Deposits that are applied to a graphic design, web design, or video service that does not require a media booking are only refundable within a 24 hour period for those services not considered "rushed," since work will commence within 48 hours for these services upon receipt of the deposit. Service cancellations made within 24 hours can be submitted to with the reason for your cancellation and are subject to approval and circumstance.

  • Deposits that are applied to a video production or photography service that has a unique booking date require a 48 hour notice to reschedule your booking to avoid a 20% last-minute reschedule fee or $25 reschedule fee, whichever is greater. Deposits for reschedules are then applied to the new booking date and fee will appear on the final invoice. Bookings that are cancelled with less than a 48 hour noticed are subject to a 50% cancellation fee (the amount of the deposit) of the service price which is considered non-refundable. 

  • If, for whatever reason, a client is dissatisfied with the final service product received and have exceeded the amount of edits allowed in their service contract, Genovations reserves the right to charge for additional time and edits needed to meet client demands and amend the final asset to their specifications. Genovations Media also reserves the right to cease services with a client at any time and in so doing will deliver the final asset as agreed upon with contract and services rendered are considered non-refundable. 

3. Subscription Services & Cancellation

​The purchase of yearly and/or monthly subscription services, including email signature software, web maintenance, web SEO, and web content writing subscriptions are subject to the following terms and conditions. Consumers are advised to review carefully before making any purchase.​

  • Monthly subscription services can be canceled at any time by contacting the Genovations Media office (615-763-3639) or by emailing or contacting us through our Contact page

  • The subscription service will cease upon completion of that subscription period (after the month or year in which you cancel) and you will not be billed upon cancellation for the service in the following months. Access to subscription features will cease upon completion of that month of subscription termination and the customer will no longer receive services or access to specialty features for the cancelled subscription.

  • Payments for previous months of subscription services are non-refundable since the client has access to specialty features and services for that duration and the service is considered "used". 

  • Subscription services that are paid for the year in full can request a cancellation at anytime, and their refund will amount to the future month(s) not utilized in their subscription plan. Upon cancelation the client will no longer have access to those yearly services or specialty features.

  • If there is a payment failure for subscription services, the client will be contacted by our Administrative team to amend their payment information through their online account at We can also amend payment information for the client if contacted at The client agrees to pay any outstanding balances upon payment update.

  • Payment attempts will be made frequently for a period of 30 days and client will be given notice of payment failure. Failure to update payment after 30 days will result in cancellation of subscription services on our end and client will no longer have access to subscription benefits.
